Stage 2: Graduate Professionate: Demonstration of Professional Capability

On the completion of the "Core Subject Competence" phase, all students undertake the Coursework or Research pathway options. This stage is equivalent academic level of two Masters degree-level graduate subjects. Detailed manuals and models are provided to assist the student in both the coursework and research components, in addition to the Faculty Adviser's guidance and supervision (if required). Many students who undertake the Research pathway chose a Project incorporating their experiences at their place of work. In many instances those undergoing in-house programs at their place of employment undertake a group-project.

Example: Those undertaking the professional exams of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (Australia) will need to undertake the 2 subjects of ICMA's Certification (CMA) program, to obtain Graduate Professionate level competence
